Happenings

Merry Christmas, Happy Birthday and Happy New Years to US.   We have had a fun and eventful last couple of weeks.  We celebrated Christmas in Colorado this year (thank you Elliot!) and we had my mom, dad, 2 sisters, brother and sister in law and my new nephew Max, grandma and Uncle all here.  I had a little anxiety imagining how Christmas morning would go with that many people in our little space...it went just how it should have, organized chaos.

Then I celebrated my "golden birthday" this year, haha.  The siblings all went skiing at Eldora while grandma and grandpa were in 7th Heaven with the babies all to themselves.  Then we rang in the New Year with my mom after we convinced her to stay a few days longer (trust me it didn't take much convincing).  Overall our holidays were jammed packed with family and we enjoyed ourselves.

Elliot's helmet came in last week and we have already had 3 appointments to tweak it and make sure it fits well. He is tolerating it beautifully and already sleeping through the night with it on.  Unfortunately, after only a week of having the helmet...his helmet and his head smell like a teenage boys feet.   We are kicking back, relaxing and visiting with as many people as we can before work starts back up Monday.  Hope everyone is having a great start to the New Year!
